We were headed up the Clear Lake Trail and I was yelling "Here, Bear!" for all I was worth because it was uphill and curved around...I couldn't see what was ahead...and I guess it didn't bother these folks too much--small herd of deer. They are often overlooked in the park because they occur throughout the US unlike bison and grizzlies, but they were fun to watch, especially this 2016 model with a mouth full of salad!
