Pioneer Day Feels Different This Year

I am thinking of my sister and her family who will arrive this evening after traveling across the plains from Iowa to stay for a couple of days prior to delivering their son to the MTC so he can study the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Korean. He is the second missionary in our family, I being the first.

I went on Family Search this morning and printed some names from my family history in order to do ordinance work for them. Family history research, temple ordinance work, missionary work...it is all glorious to me. I am grateful I am a modern day pioneer in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
