I have no such memory. I remember not wearing green on St. Patrick's Day in first grade (nobody in MY family mentioned anything or looked out for me) and getting teased and pinched!Kamp Kyburzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08204074825234765070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5066313645649762067.post-68306231384883201572010-12-30T21:25:29.580-08:002010-12-30T21:25:29.580-08:00Jody,

Reminded me of singing "Silent Night" at West when I was in like 1st grade!

AmyAmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10543533218104864312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5066313645649762067.post-68248334182872293662010-12-30T07:51:43.129-08:002010-12-30T07:51:43.129-08:00Even though the parents aren't invited,several...Even though the parents aren't invited, several show up, but they are limited because the 1000+ kids get to be in the gym no matter what.Kamp Kyburzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08204074825234765070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5066313645649762067.post-8346845992703176062010-12-28T21:27:10.391-08:002010-12-28T21:27:10.391-08:00We have the parents come in the morning. Last year, David had to stop the program, and tell the noisy parents to leave (and take noisy kids with them!) About 1/4 to 1/2 of parents then check their kids out...thinking we don't do anything! Then the kids, or parents, have the nerve to ask if I have a gift for their child! I tell them Santa doesn't come till after the afternoon sing! Oh...for the good old days!Ann Mitchellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00622121932114157707noreply@blogger.com
